Florida State Certified HVAC Contractor
Indoor Climate Experts holds Florida State Certified HVAC Contractor license CAC1820221. State certification is the higher of Florida’s two contractor tiers — it permits work anywhere in the state and requires passing the state exam, carrying insurance, and keeping the license active. You can look the number up yourself through the Florida DBPR.
NATE Certified
Jon Garcia and every technician on the team are NATE certified — North American Technician Excellence, the HVAC industry’s independent technician certification. Bonded and Insured
Indoor Climate Experts is both bonded and insured. Bonded means there’s a financial guarantee standing behind the work; insured means you aren’t left on the hook if something goes wrong on your property during a job. Ask any contractor for both — and be wary of one who can’t produce them.

Service and Diagnostic Policy
Estimates are free, 24 hours a day. Call any time and we’ll arrange for a technician to come out and look at the job.
The diagnostic is free Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. The first hour of diagnostic time is included, and most straightforward faults are found within it. The technician diagnoses the system, determines the repair needed, explains what we found, and gives you an upfront quote covering parts and labor before any work begins.
Outside those hours — after 5pm on weekdays, on weekends, and on holidays — there is a flat $89 service call fee, credited in full toward your repair when you authorize the work.
Diagnostic time beyond the first hour, on complex or hard-to-trace faults, is $150 per hour. A formal written diagnostic report, detailing the findings and technical assessment, is $100; that one is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the repair. Both are credited toward your repair when you authorize it with us.
