About our services
Indoor Climate Experts is a Florida State Certified HVAC Contractor (license CAC1820221), bonded and insured, providing heating and air-conditioning services in Winter Haven and the surrounding Polk County area. Service descriptions on this website are general information and are not a binding quote.
Booking and scheduling
Appointments are requested through our scheduling provider, Housecall Pro, or by telephone. Scheduling a request does not by itself create a service contract; the scope, price, and terms of any work are set out in the written estimate or agreement you receive before work begins.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free around the clock, and the diagnostic is free Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, first hour included (full terms). After 5pm, on weekends, and on holidays, a flat $89 service call fee applies, credited toward the cost of any repair you authorize. Any price for work is confirmed in writing before that work starts. Nothing on this website is an offer of a specific price.
Warranties
Installations carry a one-year standard labor warranty, with up to ten years of labor warranty available for an additional fee. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms and are registered on your behalf. Any other warranty or guarantee that applies to your service is the one stated in your written estimate or service agreement. Except as expressly stated in your written agreement, this website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Indoor Climate Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be limited under law.
Intellectual property
The content on this website — text, images, and branding — is owned by Indoor Climate Experts or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Third-party links
This website links to third-party services, including our online booking provider. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not operate.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
