They notified me they were on their way and arrived within the window of stated arrival time. They began their work and completed the job efficiently and quickly-about 3 hrs. Aside from the line set being installed along exterior wall, you wouldn’t know any work was done. Informed us how long it would take to recook the home since unit was off due to leak but so far my wife says it’s cooling well. Awesome people doing great work for the communities.
