Indoor Climate Experts has kept Winter Haven homes comfortable since 2019. We’re a Florida state certified HVAC contractor working across Polk County — residential and light commercial, repair through replacement, and someone answering the phone at two in the morning when a system quits in August.
Jon Garcia started Indoor Climate Experts in 2019, after years working for larger HVAC companies. He built it around something that had bothered him on other people’s job sites: watching customers get quoted for replacements they didn’t need.
That’s still how the company diagnoses. A system that isn’t cooling has a cause, and the cause usually isn’t “buy a new one.” Sometimes it is — and when it is, we say so plainly and show the reasoning. But the first job is finding out what’s actually wrong, not finding the most expensive thing it could be.
It’s still owned and run by Jon and his family, out of the same city.

Jon has run Indoor Climate Experts since 2019 and still does the installation assessments himself — sixty to ninety minutes, at no charge, with the owner rather than a salesperson.
He holds Florida State Certified HVAC Contractor license CAC1820221, a number that’s public and verifiable through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. He’s a licensed dealer for Carrier, Trane and Rheem, and the company services every major brand regardless of who installed it.
His wife handles the administrative side of the business. The technicians who work here have largely been here for years — the person diagnosing your system has probably worked on your neighbor’s.
We’re based at 296 Lake Smart Circle in Winter Haven and work across Polk County.
Working one area means knowing how the housing stock behaves. A lakefront property on Lake Elbert has different humidity problems than a newer build in Lucerne Park, and the right system for one is the wrong system for the other. We work throughout Winter Haven — Cypresswood, Lake Elbert, Inwood, Garden Grove, Lake Ashton, Southeast Winter Haven, Lucerne Park and Lake Winterset — and out through Lakeland, Haines City, Lake Wales, Davenport, Auburndale and Bartow.
